Very little is written on MOOs, the existing books on the internet are almost universally silent on this new technological resourse. The best existing article to date on educational and recreational MOOs is David Bennahum's "Fly Me to the MOO: Adventures in Textual Reality" in Lingua Franca (4:4, May/June 1994). Bennahum lists several MOOs and explores a number of educational uses of the new medium.
